After many years of being a qualified chef, Tanya decided to hang up her apron and try a new career path. She still finds herself in the kitchen a lot.

Over the last four years Tanya have worked her way up and into the operations management role.

Tanyas role is to see that every job runs efficiently from the first meeting with a client, to the day of finishing off the client’s job.
