TRAINING

At Ali-Frame we have an internal installation training programme that includes the BCITO apprenticeship qualification so all our fitters are working to the stringent New Zealand building code and employ the same standards as advised by WANZ (Window Association of New Zealand). Whether a junior apprentice or a a senior installer there is training and continuous professional development available to ensure you are always moving forwards and delivering the best joinery available.

Junior Installers

Level 1

  • No experience in window installation (less than 12 months)

Level 2

  • Some experience with window installation (more than 12 months)

Intermediate Installers

Level 1

  • Confident with window installation

Level 2

  • Confident with window installation
  • Trouble Shoot issues with little assistance

Senior Installers

Level 1

  • Confident with window installation

Level 2

  • Confident with window installation
  • Manage a team (Team Leader)

Level 3

  • Confident with window installation
  • Manage a team (Team Leader)
  • Train junior installers
  • Coach intermediate installers
  • Supervise and sign off apprenticeships

Level 4

  • Confident with window installation
  • Manage a team (Team Leader)
  • Train junior installers

We do not use contractors and we look after our employees with on-going training programmes and career progression, to ensure our customers get the best quality workmanship that they have come to expect.
