THE PROCESS

Pre-sale Support

Finding your ideal aluminium windows and doors can be mind-boggling, with the many options available. Let one of our representatives help you find a solution that will impress you.

Project Management

Bringing the whole project together, we are with you every step of the way. When you are ready, we will organise a visit to check the final measurements and then place your order with the manufacturers.

Manufacture

Once we have planned your project and completed the measuring process, your window and doors are fabricated locally, utilising experienced fabricators and state-of-the-art machinery for precision workmanship.

Installation

Your job will be carried out by experienced installers. All our fitters work to the stringent New Zealand building code and employ the same standards as advised by Window & Glass Association NZ. We remove all your old windows and doors to finish the job professionally.

Post installation

With the desire to continue our A-class reputation, Ali-Frame only considers the job complete once you are 100% satisfied. Any remedial work required will be undertaken before we consider the job to be finished.

FINANCE OPTIONS

We have many financing options to help customers pay for their aluminium windows and doors. These financing options can include short-term payment plans with low or no interest, as well as longer-term loans. Below you will find a few of the most popular options that we offer.

We understand that not everyone has the necessary funds readily available to invest in home improvements such as aluminium windows and doors. That’s why we offer a variety of financing options to help our customers pay for their purchases. We also understand that every customer’s financial situation is unique, and we are here to assist and guide you in choosing the financing option that works best for you.

Low Interest
Bank Loans

The four big banks all offer favourable lending to improve energy efficiency in your home by retrofitting double glazed windows. If you currently have a home loan, then take advantage of their Green Home Loan product and obtain up to $80,000 at an interest rate of 1% for a 3-year period to cover the cost of supply and installation. Depending on the bank, the loan amount and the interest rate can differ.

To help smooth process we can introduce you to Karen Tatterson (Mortgage Broker) she can deal with your bank and assist you with the application and approval process.

The first step is to talk to our sales team – you will need a written quote and an indicative installation date for your application.

FlexiGroup Q Card,
Q Mastercard

FlexiGroup New Zealand offers a range of innovative financial solutions for consumers from everyday credit solutions to long term finance deals.

For example: 18 Months No Payments & No Interest is available with Q-Card. No payments and no interest for 18 months (“Payment Holiday”) is also available on Long Term Finance (LTF). Note: fees and conditions do apply so please discuss the options with us.

We are pleased to announce that we accept the most popular credit cards and online payments. With online payments and credit cards, you can pay from the comfort of your home. Online transactions are processed quickly, and credit cards are safe and secure, thanks to encryption technology and fraud protection measures. Moreover, many credit cards offer rewards programmes that allow you to earn cash back, points, or other incentives. Please note that surcharges do apply.

We had a new large ranch slider installed to replace a very old and faulty door. The entire job from the quote, advice and installation was handled professionally and with ease. Everyone is friendly and the work was carried out efficiently and the site tidied up afterwards. I would not hesitate to use Ali-Frame for any future work.

We came across Ali-Frame when wanting to replace our courtyard old wooden doors. We had been searching for suppliers with no success and Vantage head office put us in touch with Ali-Frame.

They visited us and discussed the job and this led onto double glazing several of the windows. Being a plastered brick construction and sloping topped frames it was far from straight forward. The team picked up the challenge and quoted a price we accepted they then came back and did a precise measure; gave us a date they would be ready. Exactly on that date they rang and told us they would be there Monday morning. Come Monday a truck backed down with all the frames and the installing team followed.

We were so impressed with the installing team such a happy crew and worked well. After this first stage we were so impressed we decided to carry on and replace all the old windows and ranchsliders. The same with the second order delivered on the date, the team turned up and all done in good tradesman workmanship. Some minor problems were quickly attended to. Overall, we are delighted with the work and the company.

We contacted Ali Frame when we needed to replace our 1990s single glazed French doors. Dwayne was prompt in coming to see us and pleasant to deal with. He went away and provided us a couple of quotes for bi-fold door options including whether or not we wanted the glass tinted. We were extremely happy that they would take care of the whole process – from removing the old joinery to supplying & installing the new frame and glass. The architraves and making it weather tight was all included in the price. Ali Frame’s communication was superb.

When the installers came, they covered up surrounding furniture with their own drop sheets and tidied up after themselves before leaving. The installers were professional in their conduct and their workmanship. The new bi-fold doors have made a world of difference. They are perfect. You couldn’t have asked for more.

If we decide we need new look windows or doors, Ali Frame will be on the top of our list.

Recently I had four of my existing windows replaced – three of which were large Ranchsliders. The whole process went smoothly with the installation completed in a day while I was at work. I now have larger openings allowing an easier flow from indoors to outdoors. The original aluminium was `denim blue’ and they matched the joinery, so changing windows throughout the whole house was not necessary.
