Tristam is the Field supervisor at Ali frame windows and doors. Tristam has been a part of the building and construction industry for 15 years and he takes pride in being a part of Ali-frame Windows and Doors whanau for the past 10 years.

With an experienced team and mentors, they have helped him transition from working as an installer and team leader to now field supervisor this is something Tristam will always be grateful for the opportunity for further learning and looks forward to continuous professional development.

Tristam has recently completed an apprenticeship with BCITO as an Architectural Aluminium joinery Installer. This was an awesome opportunity to assist in his further learning about the trade and gain a better understanding of the building code and what is required. Tristam is now evaluating other employees as they work through their apprenticeship. Being a part of a team is where Tristam thrives from working with our sales team in the initial phone call and quote to overseeing the team’s final install and then seeing the happy customer. This is something every tradie wants to attain and what Ali Frame are always trying to achieve.
