With over 20 years’ experience in Accounts and Business Management , and previous owner of a bookkeeping company Joanne has spent the last 12 months implementing systems and processes into Ali Frame to streamline the company and prepare it for growth. Joanne has a bachelor’s degree in business and various other qualifications which have assisted her in dealing with the requirements of many businesses in the past and now Ali Frame. This includes anything from bookkeeping, business processes and systems, troubleshooting,  manual creation, human resources, and staff professional development which includes training programmes, developing roles, and finally the implementation systems to ensure high level of quality and service from the admin through the field staff.  Joanne has been part of the BLB Consultants Team in various capacities over the last 10 years. Joanne loves to see businesses thrive and enjoys watching Ali Frame grow, seeing how well the team work together and how they strive to see satisfied customers. Joanne is very family focused and also loves to get out walking and go the gym on the regular basis.
